THE BOARD  OF RAILWAY COMMISSIONERS FOR   CANADA
TUESDAY,   the   13th   day   of
SEPTEMBER, A.D. 1910.
THE ASSISTANT CHIEF
COMMISSIONER.
IN   THE   MATTER   OF   the
application of the Canadian Pacific
Railway Company, hereinafter called
the "Applicant Company," under
Section 237 of the Railway Act, for
authority to construct an additional
siding, on the south, side of its main
line, across Elk Street, in the Village of Elkhorn, Manitoba, as shown
in red on the plan and profile, dated
August, 1910, on file with the Board
under file No. 15608:
UPON the report of an Engineer of the Board approving of the said
plan and profile, and the consent of the Council of the Village of Elkhorn
by resolution passed at a meeting held on the 25th July, 1910, a certified
copy of which resolution is on file with the Board—
IT IS ORDERED that the Applicant Company be, and it is hereby,
authorized to construct a siding, on the south side of its main line across
Elk Street, in the said Village of Elkhorn, Manitoba, as shown in red
on the plan and profile on file with the Board under the said file No.
15608.
