me October 4th.  I  am advising agent  accordingly.
Perhaps  it would be as well   for you to  write
Travelling  Auditor,A.E.Smith  at  Regina,   and have him take
up with Mr.  Hall.  I  am returning statement of    §50.03 against
the latter.
Outstanding $4.75 W.H.Altorfer.  I   find the special  debit
taken on March  31/19 $16.65 account cash over is  still open in
agent1 s  expense account  in this off.ice.  You  ar^ at liberty to  use
^4.75 to   clear this item.Please  adv.ise when  special  credit will
be taken.
