unloading and handling charges which were to become effective
November 1st, 1946.
It has become necessary to postpone the effective date of
the increased terminal charges named in the above pages, and rates
presently in effect will continue in force until you are notified
by me of the date the increased rates will become effective.
Please see that all interested members of your staff are
fully posted and understand the matter.
