KINDLY ADDRESS ALL LETTERS TO THE FIRM
Mr. Wallbri dge
ATTENTION OF
Mr. Yip Mow.
C/o Messrs Wi.Hg Sang <k Co.
51 Pender Street East,
City.
Dear Sir. -
re Wing Sang « Co. and Lots 32, 33 & 34
"Block 13, P. L. 19"6, and Lots '23, 24 & 25
Block 13 j D. L." 19 6
We have drawn several documents for you to have signed
by Yip Sang and Charlie Yip Yen in connection with tbe.various
interests held oy them, and also by the vari-aes members of the firm
of Wing Sang & Company, and we wish to point out to you that in the
event of the death of either Yip Sang or Charlie Yip Yen complications would arise which might lead to 1-aw-suits, and in addition to
this yoa would have to pay the Government a large tax on account
of probate and succession duty seeing that these properties are-
registered in the names of these two parties instead of the parties
who are really entitled to them, so if ;youi wish to avoid litigation
and complications in the future it would be well for you to have
these various documents signed at once while all parties are alive.
This also applies to the property situate in the City of
New Westminster.
The reason we are writing this letter is that we understand that Mr. Charlie Yip Yen is leaving for China again, and we
think that this matter should be attended to before he leaves.
Yours truly,
BOWSER" REI D WALLBRIDGE DOU0LAS & GIBSON
