Your letter of October 19 and further to
conversation with Mr. Yip Him.
lie  have allotted your office five additional
steerage, making your total one hundred and thirty.
At present we cannot offer you any further
allotment for this sailing, but it may be that we can
do so later as explained to Mr. Yip Him.  Just as soon
as we are in a position to do so we will advise you.
In the meantime please do not exceed figure of one
hundred and thirty.
