I wish to inform you that my brother's wife
Mrs. Yip Park and  his son Yip Wing Yat aged 4 years,
desire to visit Hong Kong by the Empress of Asia
sailing from Vancouver on April 1940,
Will you Sindly grant reduction from Vancouver
to Hong Kong end return in Enclosed Third Class in
favour of the two above mentioned, who is wife and
child of Mr. Yip Park, a partner of our firm actively
engaged in the handling of our Chinese traffic.

application, for reduced rate in favour of Mrs. Yip Park
and Yip Wing Yat.
I am pleased to advise you that application for
reduced rate has been approved and reduction of 25 percent
from the third class fare Vancouver to Hong Kong and return
is available.
I will be glad to complete arrangements at your
convenience.
