刻本，線裝。
朱墨套印本，無序跋及牌記，卷端及版心唯題“邯鄲”及卷次，曲前附“枕中記”故事原文。全書分上、中、下三卷，首附插圖九葉。
框20 x 14.5公分，無界欄，8行18字，白口，四周單邊，無魚尾，版心上鐫“邯鄲”及卷次，下鐫葉碼，天頭印有朱墨文評語，行間印有朱文圈點。
姚鈞石印： “姚鈞石藏書”朱文長方印，“民國庚辰”朱文方印，“蒲坂書樓”白文長方印。
圖045頁號顯示為二十四，依序三十四為佳。
