首道光庚寅吳廷琛序，道光七年屠倬序。案，此本內封葉殘缺，別本內封葉題有“庚寅夏日開雕”。收錄自上古至明末歷代名賢四百二十五人之小傳及畫像。
框18 x 13公分，10行25字，白口，左右雙邊，單黑魚尾，版心上鐫題名，中鐫卷次。
鈐印：“玉波易氏藏書”朱文豎方印。
徐信符印：“南州書樓”朱文方印。
姚鈞石印：“姚鈞石藏書”朱文長方印，“民國庚辰”朱文方印，“蒲坂書樓”白文長方印。
