首明正德五年(1510)徐昂序，云四明張君世賢，於醫學有心領神會，診視病人，用藥如神，曾為《難經》作注，注後附圖，兩淮鹽運使呂君邦佑，珍重其人，乃為之鋟梓以傳。此本為楊氏海原閣舊藏，卷二首葉殘缺。
框19.4 x 13公分，11行20字，白口，四周單邊，雙白魚尾，對魚尾，版心中鐫“難經”及卷次。 楊保彝印：“楊”朱文圓印；“陶南山館”朱文方印；“保彝私印”，“楊氏海原閣藏”白文方印。 龐鏡塘印：“嬴縮研齋”，“嬴縮硯齋藏書”朱文方印；“鏡塘讀過”白文方印。 版本: [刻本] |
