Hand-written copy, on double leaves, East Asian binding.
Edition: [Chao ben]; 首宋元符二年陸佃自序，卷端作者僅題為“陸氏”。案此乃舊鈔本，卷一鈐有徐氏南州書樓、及姚氏蒲坂書樓藏書印。卷十一鈐有何元錫夢華館藏書印，則知原為何氏夢華館所藏。何元錫，字夢華，乾隆三十一年生，道光九年卒，錢塘人，喜收藏，所抄秘笈數百種，此或即其中之一也。何氏晚年游粤而卒，故此書流散於粤中，為徐、姚二人遞藏。考卷中清諱避至“顒”、“炎”，而“寧”字不避，當抄於嘉慶年間。
何元錫印：“何印元錫”白文回文方印，“夢華館藏書印”白文方印。
姚鈞石印：“姚鈞石藏書”朱文長方印，“民國庚辰”朱文方印，“蒲坂書樓”白文長方印。
徐信符印：“南州書樓”朱文方印。
