據目錄題名著錄，目錄所列凡“十六帙”，即十六種，首[明萬曆]丙午[34年，1606]沈德先“鐫眉公秘笈序”，陳萬言序，李日華序，陳繼儒自序。目錄後識語云：“秘笈百種，陸續刻補，未分甲乙。尚白齋識”。
第一種眉公見聞錄，框20 x 12.8公分，8行18字，白口，四周單邊， 無魚尾，版心上鐫“見聞錄”及卷次。
眉公見聞錄：八卷。
