是書首尾有元大德丙午(10年, 1306)董漢醇序，明宣德九年(1434)吳長古重刊序，成化甲辰(20年, 1484)丁元吉重刊序，弘治十七年(1504)鄭常淸重刊後序，隆慶五年(1571)衡庵重刊序。卷前有目錄，所列凡二十一篇，正文與目錄相符，卷端題“還初道人董漢醇校正編集”。案，全書破損嚴重，雖經修補，缺字仍多，尤以書口處為甚。衡庵序幾不可讀，並有缺葉；董、吳、丁三序裝訂錯誤，次序紊亂。
框19.2 x 13.3公分，10行20字，黑口，四周雙邊，三黑魚尾。版心中鐫“群仙”。 鈐印：“養恬山館”朱文方印。 佚名批校。 徐信符印：“南州書樓”朱文方印。 姚鈞石印：“姚鈞石藏書”朱文長方印，“民國庚辰”朱文方印，“蒲坂書樓”白文長方印。 刻本，線裝。 版本: [刻本] |
