Handwritten copy, on double leaves, East Asian binding.
Edition: [Chao ben]; 鈔本，線裝。
案書中無序跋，亦不題抄錄人姓名，用誦芬書室印藍絲欄格紙抄寫。書分三冊，無葉碼，各冊卷端分別題有上、中、下，當指冊數。上下兩冊各包含兩卷，有卷端題名，每卷首尾均有“郭造卿曰”識語，低一格書寫，上冊之第二部分題“燕督記三”。書中按年比事，起晉元帝建武元年，止陳後主禎明三年。書約抄錄於清末民初，清諱或避或不避，底本略有殘缺，抄錄間有缺文。傅斯年圖書館藏有燕道記及燕敵記各二卷，亦誦芬書室藍格紙抄寫，當與此書出自同人之手。
框19.2 x 10.2公分，藍絲欄，9行25字，白口，四周雙邊，單藍魚尾，版心中鐫“卷之”，下鐫“誦芬書室”。
徐信符印：“南州書樓”朱文方印。
姚鈞石印：“姚鈞石藏書”朱文長方印；“蒲坂書樓”白文長方印；“鈞石所藏金石書畫印”，“民國庚辰”朱文方印。
