Edition: [Ke ben]; 刻本，線裝。
首嘉靖丙寅(45年，1566)鄭曉“皇明名臣記序”，卷端首行下題“吾學編”及卷數，卷末題“子履準校”，及“孫心材重校”。案此書乃鄭曉“吾學編”之卷二十二至五十一，凡三十卷，隆慶元年其子鄭履準首次刻印，萬曆二十七年其孫鄭心材再次刊行。
框18.5 x 13.8公分，10行19字，白口，左右雙邊，單黑魚尾，版心上鐫“名臣記”，中鐫卷次，下鐫字數及刻工名，如卷一首葉題“魏浩刻”。
徐信符印：“南州書樓”朱文方印。
姚鈞石印：“姚鈞石藏書”朱文長方印，“民國庚辰”朱文方印，“蒲坂書樓”白文長方印。
