鈔本，線裝。
舊鈔本，首乾隆五十四年盧文弨序，分上、中、下三卷，卷端題“武進臧鏞堂撰，承德孫馮翼校訂”。案所用紙張為印有欄框之毛邊紙，觀其紙墨，約道光後鈔本。
框17.2 x 13.4公分，10行24字，黑口，左右雙邊，單黑魚尾，版心中鐫“表”字。
徐紹桓印：“徐印紹桓”白文回文方印。
徐信符印：“南州書樓”朱文方印。
姚鈞石印：“姚鈞石藏書”朱文長方印，“民國庚辰”朱文方印，“蒲坂書樓”白文長方印。
