嘉靖丁巳劉起宗“翻刻家禮儀節序”，言刻書事：“與夷陵周守議刊布焉，…梓成，既序之…”。
框21.2 x 14公分，9行17字，小字雙行同，大黑口，四周雙邊，單黑魚尾，版心中鐫“儀節”及卷次。
“南州/書樓”朱文方印。
姚鈞石印：“姚鈞石/藏書”朱文長方印，“蒲坂書樓”白文長方印，“民國/庚辰”朱文方印，“鈞石所/藏金石/書畫印”朱文方印。
