首同治三年譚瑩序，卷端題南海熊景星伯晴，卷末題南海梁以瑭校字。考卷中所校改之處，同治五年刻本均已改正，則即以此為底本也。
無欄框，書23.4 x 13.6公分，8行20字，白口，無魚尾，版心題書名及卷數。
梁汝洪印：“梁/汝洪”，“梁汝/洪珍”，“紫雲青/華研齋”朱文方印，“紫雲青華/研齋藏書”白文方印。
姚鈞石印：“姚鈞石藏書”朱文長方印，“鈞石所/藏金石/書畫印”，“民國/庚辰”朱文方印，“蒲坂書樓”白文長方印。
