描述 (zho)
內封題：“光緖己卯雲開卩迂道人書，古印藏真，今夕盦所得”。首居巢自敘，言得印及輯書之事，並有其印記。
居巢敘後有光緖癸未[9年, 1883]潘飛聲題識，言得書之事，書前有光緖癸巳[19年, 1893]潘飛聲題簽：“居氏今夕盦古印藏真”。
框13.2 x 9公分，朱色，小黑口，無魚尾，每葉钤印二至四方，版心下鐫“添茅小屋”。
居巢印：“居巢”白文方印，“梅生”朱文方印。
“添茅小屋書畫印”朱文方印。
潘飛聲印：“潘蘭史家珍藏”朱文長方印，“梧棠庭院詞客平生快睹之章”朱文方印。
姚鈞石印：“蒲坂書樓”白文長方印，“民國/庚辰”，“鈞石所/藏金石/書畫印”朱文方印。
線裝。
