朱次琦晚年日記及雜錄手稿，第四面有日期如“癸酉十二月卅日[清同治12年12月30日, 1874]”，“甲戌[清同治13年, 1874]”。首唐恩溥題簽。
經摺裝，冊23.8 x 16.6公分，20面，字14面；[日記]框13 x 10.2公分，字不等，朱絲欄。
姚鈞石印：“姚鈞石/藏書”朱文長方印，“蒲坂書樓”白文長方印，“民國/庚辰”，“鈞石所/藏金石/書畫印”朱文方印。
