題名自擬，包括熊廷弼致楊漣書，及楊漣答熊廷弼書各一通。
熊廷弼書信箋21.4 x 9.6 公分，3行字不等；楊漣書信箋16 x 6.5公分，3行12字。
清何紹基、吳大廷題跋。
楊漣印：“楊漣私印”朱文方印。
何紹基印：“蝯”朱文方印。
謝道承印：“閩中謝又紹鑑藏經籍圖史之章”朱文長方印。
梁章鉅印：“茝林收藏”，“茝林審定”，“古瓦硯齋”朱文方印。
