It is highly likely that this bookplate comes from the Homeopathic Hospital of Canada, an institution which held that name from when it was incorporated in October 1894 until it became the Homeopathic Hospital of Montreal June 1904. In 1951 the hospital changed its name again and became Queen Elizabeth Hospital which is its current day name.
