Emil Eerme was involved in the Toronto Estonian Art committee and was its first chairman in 1987. The Art Gallery of Ontario, E.P. Taylor Research Library & Archives also has several of his bookplates. The designer, Jaroslav Svab is Czech. The donor of this bookplate is Alexander Lavdovsky.
