Further to your letter of April 28, 1975, please find enclosed a certified copy
of Order-in-Council P.C. 1973-2963, dated October 4, 1973, relative to the Statutes
of British Columbia passed at the Third Session of the Twenty-ninth Legislature
of British Columbia, and a certified copy of Order-in-Council P.C. 1974-2067,
dated September 17, 1974, relative to the Statutes of British Columbia passed at
the First and Second Sessions of the Thirtieth Legislature of British Columbia.

Certified to be a true copy of a Minute of a Meeting of the Committee of the
Privy Council, approved by His Excellency the Governor General
on the 4th September, 1973.
Whereas the Minister of Justice reports that with the assistance of the legal
officers of his Department he has examined the statutes of the Province of British
Columbia passed at the Third Session of the Twenty-ninth Legislative Assembly
of the Legislature and received by the Secretary of State of Canada on the Tenth
day of October, 1972, and is of the opinion that these statutes may be left to such
operation as they may have.
Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, hereby directs that a copy hereof be transmitted
to the Lieutenant-Governor of the Province of British Columbia for the information
of his Government.
