COMPTROLLER-GENERAL'S CERTIFICATE
The balance-sheet of the Municipal Superannuation Fund as at December 31, 1969, and
the related statement of revenue and expenditure for the nine-month period then ended have
been examined under my direction.
In my opinion, subject to the actuarial sufficiency of the Fund and the adequacy of the
prescribed tables, these financial statements present fairly the financial position of the Fund as
at December 31, 1969, and the results of its operations for the nine-month period then ended,
according to the best of my information and the explanations given to me and as shown by the
books of the Fund.

Acting Comptroller-General, Province of British Columbia.
