Province of British Columbia passed during the Session of 1951.

of State together with the copy of Order in Council referred to therein.

Sir,—I have the honour to transmit to you, herewith, a certified copy of Order in
Council P.C. 4663 of December 22nd, 1952, approving the Statutes of the Province of
British Columbia passed during the session of the Legislative Assembly of the Province
which commenced on the 20th day of February, 1951.

Certified to be a True Copy of a Minute of a Meeting of the Committee of the Privy
Council, approved by His Excellency the Governor-General
on the 22nd December, 1952.
The Committee of the Privy Council have had before them a report, dated December
18th, 1952, from the Minister of Justice, stating that, with the assistance of the legal
officers of his Department, he has examined the Statutes of the Province of British Columbia passed during the Session of the Legislative Assembly of the Province which commenced on the 20th day of February, 1951, and received by the Secretary of State of
Canada on the 21st day of January, 1952, and that he is of opinion that these Statutes
may be left to such operation as they may have.
The Committee concur in the foregoing and advise that a copy hereof be transmitted
to the Lieutenant-Governor of British Columbia for the information of his Government.
