Of the Minister of Justice upon the Statutes of the Legislative Assembly of the
Province of British Columbia passed during the Session of 1950.

Sir,—I have the honour to transmit to you, herewith, a certified copy of Order in
Council PC 1713 of the 11th April, 1951, approving the Statutes of British Columbia
passed at the 1950 Session of the Legislative Assembly.

Certified to be a True Copy of a Minute of a Meeting of the Committee of the Privy
Council, approved by His Excellency the Governor-General
on the 11th April, 1951.
The Committee of the Privy Council have had before them a report, dated 4th April,
1951, from the Minister of Justice stating that with the assistance of the legal officers of
his Department, he has examined the Statutes of the Province of British Columbia passed
at the Session of the Legislative Assembly of the Province which commenced on the 14th
day of February, 1950, and closed on the 30th day of March, 1950, and received by the
Secretary of State of Canada on the 1st day of May, 1950, and that he is of opinion
that these Statutes may be left to such operation as they may have.
The Committee concur in the foregoing and advise that a copy hereof be transmitted
to the Lieutenant-Governor of British Columbia for the information of his Government.
