May it please Your Honour : In accordance with the provisions of the Statute in that behalf, I have the honour to submit the Twenty-third Annual Report on the Registration of Births, Deaths, and Marriages in this Province, the period covered being the year ended 31st December, 1895. The returns show the registration of 1,252 Births, 735 Deaths, and 621 Marriages for the year 1895, against 1,378 Births, 836 Deaths, and 596 Marriages for the year 1894. Births. Districts.
