Columbia.
May it please Your Honour :
In accordance with the provisions of the statute in that behalf I have the honour to
submit the Eighteenth Annual Report on the registration of Births, Deaths, and Marriages
in this Province, the period covered being the year ended 31st December, 1890.
The returns show the registration of 641 Births, 555 Deaths, and 431 Marriages for the
year 1890, against 572 Births, 552 Deaths, and 431 marriages for the year 1889.
