 55 Vict. Clearing Lands in Vancouver City. 479
PETITION.
To   the  Honoitrable   the   Speaker   and  Members  of   the  Provincial Legislature  of British
Columbia :
We, the undersigned owners of uncleared land within the Corporation limits of the City of
Vancouver, would respectfully request your Honourable Body to grant the Council of the City
of Vancouver power to have the uncleared land within the said city limits properly cleared,
and that cost of the same be charged as a special tax against the property affected.
And your petitioners will ever pray.
