RETURN
To an Order of the House for a Return showing all correspondence and public business
transactions between the Government of British Columbia or any of its members,
or any one acting in their behalf, and James Cunningham, Esq.; M. P. P., since he
was elected a member of this Assembly, with a list of goods supplied by him,
work done, contracts made, prices paid, or to be paid, for the same; also a statement of any contracts with the Government to which said James Cunningham
became a bondsman.

Memorandum.
Mr. Cunningham is not, and has not been, surety for any Government contractor. The
correspondence relates only to sewer pipe for the New Westminster Gaol, a return of which is
being prepared, together with vouchers and information referred to in another Resolution.
