The bldg. in contemplation embraces a structure 2 stories of reinf. conc.  The. exterior will be faced with brick  and' terra "cotta and the est. cost is  ?G0,000. A. with regard to  financing the balance of the concrete  flow line for Sooke waterworks'.' In  the'present state of conditions it will  be impossible to-proceed with work  which will take 12 months to complete  until more funds are obtained.
