PROPOSALS  WANTED  General   Contract.  Elevator and Warehouse, New Westminster���������Archts. Gardiner & Mercer  are now completing plans for the first  unit of the proposed elevator and  warehouse for the Brackman-Ker Mill-  ling. Power 'Plant, Edmonton���������Messrs.  Sanderson & Porter, of New York, financiers and builders of hydro electric  plants recently, made a proposal to  the city of Edmonton to furnish the  city with electric power. The proprosed  plant would be erected at Moose River,  B. C, in the Yellowstone Pass of: the  Rockies. Its minimum capacity .would  be 300,000,000 K.W.H. transmitted by  cable to Edmonton. The estimated  cost of the project is $3,500,000.  Cone.
