Power Plant, Edmonton���������Messrs.  Sanderson & Porter, of New .York, financiers and builders of hydrojelectrjc  plants recently, made a proposal*:.to  the city of Edmonton to furnish the  city with electric power. The proprosed  plant would be erected at Moose River,  B. C, in the Yellowstone Pass of the  Rockies. Its minimum capacity would  be 300,000,000 K.W.H. transmitted, by  cable to Edmonton.
