The city engineer also recommended  the completion of the Hawkes avenue  main sewer from the lane north of  Pender st to the lane north of Harrison st, which he estimates will cost  $8,200.    ,  Paving���������The work of paving Quebec  st. from 12th ave to a point 122 ft.  north of 13th ave with asphalt mixture  on a 6-in. cone, foundation, was rec-  ommended, to cost $3,670; paving to  'be 42 ft. wide.
