The Fred Lewis  oompany of Winnipeg will open an office in Regina about the fifteenth of February, in order to make preparations  lor the erection of several large build-  togs for which they have been awarded the construction. One of the largest undertakings that this company  will handle, will be the question  of the new Cameron and Heap ware-  - Mouse. It is estimated that this will  oost in the neighborhood of $80,000.  It is announced that several large  apartment blocks will be erected in  Regina during 1914. F. G. England  bas purchased' a site on 12th avenue,  and has announced his intention of  erecting a large up-to-date apartment  Wockohit. A. W. McGregor will erect  an apartment block which will cost  between $30,000 and $35,000 and A. G.  Powell also intends erecting one at  a cost of about $30,00.  Medicine Hat  Among the structures in' view for  this year are the new high school,  telephone building, two or three apt.  blocks, two Ifire halls, Jmmigjration  hall, addition to the federal bldg., not  to speak of the numbers of residences  that it is known are to be erected. In  ,one district alone it is expected that  100 houses will be built.
