The roof,  which will be of slate, will be crowned  with a handsome turret and cross  reaching eighty feet from the ground  level. The  job involves much new piling and resurfacing. The council is expected to  order the work soon.  RESURFACING  OF  STREETS  Paving, Victoria���������A report    on the  resurfacing   of   streets    to    be    pro  story will be occupied by dormitories,  bedrooms, separate infirmaries for the  boys and girls, nurses, and recreation  rooms for the staff.  The top story of the main building  will contain large dormitories for  boys and girlls. Ample and modern  sanitary conveniences, including bathrooms and shower baths, are provided  throughout.
