N. MeLeod which was saved from Cumberland's recent fire at the low price of 48c. on the dol- _ ^ lar. We h&ve leased the Gleason Building for 2 weeks, during which time we are closing out the above O n med stock at prices that were never bafore attempted in Western Canada. We realize that to clear put an entire stock in this short space of time is not an easy task to accomplish; but we do not know the meaning ofthe word "Failure." Already over one fourth of the stock has been sold, and with the second deep cut in prices whicii we have made, it is a question with us whether the stock will last the allotted time or not. REMEMBER our lease expires in 13 days from the opening day, and then we must get out. Be wise and profit by Mr. MeLeod s losses, as such an opportunity will perhaps never again present itself. Prices average about one half regular. Yours for a complete close out. LEWIS BROS, & Co., Cumberland, B. C mxm>z> ei2kS3SSf^sai-ri^ r>v *--. --\^***i.04-<W^---^^^^ Local News.
