VANCOUVER—G. Kilgren, 902 14th  Ave. E. (Fair. 94CL) has been awarded a contract by Archt. F. L. Townley  to erect another one story brick store  building 25x70 on Pender St. between  Main St. and Columbia Ave. The  building will cost about $2,500 and the  work will be started immediately. If the  work is continued, in all likelihood,  outside labor will have to be secured,  as it seems impossible for the board  of works to get enough local men.
