VANCOUVER — Questions at issue between the Dominion Government and the Province of British Columbia respecting the control , of. Dominion parks within the province are on, a fair way to being cleared up and as a\ consequence it is "likely that the Dominion authorities will start in the spring upon the partially completed Banff-Windermere road. This is-the statement of Hon 'J W. DeB. FarrlsV who has returned from the East. This highway, which will form a link between Alberta and the cities of the interior of British Columbia and event- « ually the coast itself, was commenced a few years ago by the Government of British Columbia, the road already being in^ existence from Calgary to Banff, but owing *to depressed conditions the Provincial' Government, whfch had enlisted C/P. R. support'in the project', asked Ottawa to takev^t over. This was agreed to on the basis that Ottawa would get a five- tion at the same school.
