The company proposes  to erect a  factory for  the    assembling    and    rebuilding    of!  motor   trucks   and   automobile   parts  and accessories, if they can secure a  site that will be suitable.  The council offered the company the  triangular piece of land on Twelfth  avenue, near Columbia street, under  a . lease to run 20 years. The rent  proposed was $500 per year for the  first five years, $750 per year for the  second five years, and $1000 per year  for the last ten years. The representatives of the company seemed favorably impressed -with the offer and  stated they would consider it.
