Included in the* works and  buildings to be constructed by the Public Works Department, are the following; v Okalla prison farm, $15,000;  improvement of government reserve.  B'urnabv, $10,000; mer.tal- hospital and  colony farm. Essondole, $35,000; provincial government buildings, London (completion and maintenance), $175,000;  maintenance, $8,000. The appropriations  provincial,- normal school, Vancouver.  for roads., streets, bridges and wharves  in each constituency are the same at>  last year.
