Chilliwack- gets $33,300;  Delta, '$22,500; Dewdney, $6S,500, and  Richmond .$40,000. . Eighty thousand is  revoted for Kingsway through the Municipality of Burnaby." In an explanatory  statement frlven -out by the minister of  finance it is stated that the principal  features of the estimates presented are  the heavy reductions in ordinarv and  capita] expenditure for the coming year  and   the heavy   increases  in   tlie   pension  account due, to the war.
