BURNABY—A delegation consisting

in session last week. The committee
appealed to the council to exchange

which at the present time is government land, but Burnaby holds prior
right as application had already been
made to have this desirable location
converted into a public park.
The government refused to interfere
between the two corporations and at
the conference yesterday Burnaby refused the request of Vancouver to exchange.

16 feet, however, was discussed by the
city's and municipality's representatives, and it was finally decided to
have the corporation's engineers make
an estimate of the cost.

could be taken.
