Benzie,   from   half  a  dozen   plans  submitted   for  the   War   Memorial  to  ! be erected by them in Stanley Park.  j The   design   has   also   been   accepted  | and approved by the Park Etoard, and  I .Mr. Benzie has been asked to work in  '.conjunction with Engineer., "Wooten in  'laying out the details of the grounds  ! surrounding the site which lies west  i  !of the Duck Pond not far from Bowie  j Arch.  The ^Memorial consists of a granite  ■ slab base inscribed with  the various  j war  engagements  in   which   the'Jap-  1 anese took part in the C. E. F.
