R..ndal, District Engineer Canadian Pacific Railway, to carry out certain work in connection with their wharfs and sheds in Vancouver. Owing to the rapid deterioration of the timber in wharfs, engineers have for a considerable time been trying to And some method whereby an even surface can always be had for trucking the loads over the shed floors as the workmen complain of the jar of the truck wheels on the arm as soon as the floor is the least worn. Mr. Randal who has taken considerable interest in trying to find a remedy has instructed Harrison and Lamond to proceed with a system of paving known as the Lithto paving. It is hoped the work will prove successful as undoubtedly there is a wide field for supplying a reliable ware- floor. ;'\ HYATT STEEL PRODUCTS, LTD.
