The tracks have been made as substantial as is possible when they are constantly being moved. The dump into Copper Creek is over half way across the gulch. When this is all the way across, a grade will be- made along the side of the mountain on the west. A track will be hud down ' this, and the slag dumped over the hill. This will give an immense slag dump. Therouhti slag-bowls from Spokane are lasting very well, but few repairs having as yet been .shade on them.
