(  -*   SIVIELTERni  Boundary Falls*  At the Boundary Falls smelter many  things have been done si nee pur ia*t vis  it. The water jackets and othsr iron  work for the third furnace arc in, also  girders and floor plates. Matte mold*  are on the ground in readiness for use  when the new furnace is blown i������.  This furnace will not be put up until  the slag- railway is in active operation.  The locomotive for the slag  railway  arrived on Saturday. The tracks are  nearly finished and the system will be  put i_ operation as sooiias possible.
