At the sm<������lter there is much Activity,  and a general cleaning up is going on.  That part of the high ftuce, whicn extended from ths furnace floor to above  ths water tank was taken down and  packed away. The solid slag floor a-  round the furnaces is being removed  preparatory to laying the track for th  hot slag plant.  Tics are being cut and the switches  and frogs are nearly ready.
