Th?y report that there is only abou  a foot of snow left in Central Tamp,  and that the rood is in fairly good condition. The trail is very ^rood. Mr.H.J  Johnson, who is watchman at ^o. 7., j  has advanced the drift on the. 60 foot ���������  level 90 feet sinv e the mine ci ������ s t 1!  down. |  With this additional work the 60 foot  level extends nearly the full length of  the claim and is in ore all the way.  The work is don * along }he ledge in  the soft rock of the foot wall.  The Gold Finch ledge has widened  from about an inch on the surface to  two feet at the present workings, and  some very high assays have beer o b-  tained from the Providence.  V.
