M. one of our reporters feeling the need of more exercise took an ax and saw and walked down' below trestle No. 92 A, where he aniui- cd himself with felling trees. After felling a number of trees, and thoroughly tireing himself, he Walked up^a wood road where he saw a white object on a rock, which at first mistook for a stone; but looking again he noted queer projections that proved to be ears. It was in fact a beautiful snowy white rabbit, frozen into a statue, and the first one seen so near town. He evidently thought himself invisible in his winter coloring, for the report er approached within five feet before he leaped away, and fdisappeared, in great bounds, among the trees. He was a sight worth seeing. Subscription to "Anaconda News" .50 a year, or .05 per ticket. frr*c& for 5 weeks. Bymail$l,C0 per 3 ear.
